***Community Yard Sale Event*** The 2026 Community Yard Sale will take place from Friday, May 22nd, through Sunday, May 24th, 2026. Please register by May 1st. Participation will require registration per household to secure necessary permits, with a nominal $3 fee. We realize that historically the HVCA would absorb this cost, however, due to currently low association dues, our focus is to manage costs effectively in order for us to be able to support additional community events throughout the year. We hope this will only be a one year fee.
