Terms of Service

yrdgo is a marketplace for discovering, posting, saving, and sharing yard sale and similar local sale listings. You may use the site only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

Some parts of the marketplace are intended to be public so that people can discover local sales through search, maps, direct links, and ordinary web browsing.

• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
• You must keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You should provide accurate account and listing information and keep it reasonably current.

If you publish a listing, you are responsible for that listing and for the accuracy of the information you post.

• Listings should describe a real sale, at a real location, with real dates and details.
• You should only publish photos and text you have the right to use.
• You should not post misleading, unlawful, unsafe, or fraudulent content.
• You are responsible for complying with any local rules, permits, or restrictions that apply to your sale.

Listings you publish are intended to be publicly viewable unless yrdgo explicitly labels a feature or field otherwise. Public listing pages may be indexed by search engines, previewed in links, cached by third parties, or shared by other users outside our control.

If you do not want a detail to become public, do not place it in a public listing, seller profile, or listing photo.

Normal personal browsing of public listing pages is allowed. Any broader reuse of yrdgo content or data requires our permission or a published integration method that we explicitly provide.

• You may not republish, syndicate, aggregate, sell, license, or redistribute yrdgo listings, photos, descriptions, addresses, seller profile content, or other marketplace data without permission.
• You may not use yrdgo content or data for lead generation, advertising, marketing lists, analytics products, model training, or to operate or support a competing service without permission.
• Search engines and other crawlers are allowed only to the extent we expressly permit them through robots directives, written authorization, or a published API or feed.

Unless we expressly authorize it in writing or through a published integration, you may not access, monitor, copy, or extract data from yrdgo using automated or programmatic means.

• No robots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers, browser automation tools, or similar systems may be used to access or monitor the service without authorization.
• No bulk downloading, bulk exporting, bulk caching, bulk archiving, or systematic copying of listings, photos, descriptions, addresses, or seller information is allowed beyond ordinary browser caching for personal use.
• No harvesting or collecting of phone numbers, email addresses, names, location details, or other personal or contact information from listings, seller pages, or account areas is allowed without permission.
• No attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, anti-abuse protections, robots directives, login requirements, or other technical restrictions is allowed.

If you post material that originated somewhere else, you represent that you have the right to post it to yrdgo and to grant the permissions described in these terms.

• Do not copy listings, photos, or descriptions from social platforms, marketplaces, or other websites unless you created that material yourself or have clear permission to reuse it here.
• Do not post content that violates another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.

• Posting spam, scams, fake sales, duplicate abuse, or deceptive listings.
• Using the service to harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud others.
• Attempting to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
• Interfering with the site, bypassing restrictions, or using the service in a way that harms operations or other users.

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you give yrdgo a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and format that content as needed to operate and promote the marketplace.

This license ends when the content is removed from the service, except to the extent copies must be retained for backup, legal, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.

We may review, limit, remove, refuse, throttle, or block content, requests, devices, networks, or accounts that appear to violate these terms, create risk for users, or harm the marketplace. Reports from users and technical abuse signals may inform those decisions.

We may preserve logs, records, and related information as reasonably needed to investigate abuse, enforce these terms, comply with law, or protect users and the marketplace.

yrdgo may link to or rely on third-party services such as maps, geocoding providers, storage providers, or other external services. We are not responsible for the separate policies, uptime, or behavior of those third-party services.

yrdgo is a listings platform. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, active, safe, lawful, available, or worth attending. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own decisions, arrangements, and in-person interactions.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, yrdgo disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the marketplace.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of yrdgo after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
